TITLE: Operations Analyst
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Business or related is required.
JOB DUTIES: Conduct comprehensive analysis of internal and external data (e.g., sales, market, industry trends, customer preferences) to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance restaurant operations. Review, audit, and analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and issues, applying analytical tools, statistical methods, and predictive models to propose and implement effective solutions. Analyze, design, formulate, and implement business procedures to strategize and correlate identified operation problems to reduce costs and increase operation efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations, maintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, and systems. Generate detailed reports summarizing business, financial, and economic data for executives, managers, and stakeholders, and provide recommendations for system improvements and operation enhancements.
SALARY: $85,238 per year.
