TITLE: HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and 5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license and 1 year of driving experience; Environmental Protection Agency Certification. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
JOB DUTIES: Install, maintain, and repair new and retrofit old HVAC systems and refrigeration, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Diagnose and resolve system issues to assess performance and efficiency. Address client concerns, explain procedures, and provide advice on system care and maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed reports on system conditions and repairs.
SALARY: $93,454 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to different projects in Contra Costa County, Alameda County, and San Francisco.
