TITLE: Electrical Project Leader
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 1 year of experience in Product Development required.
JOB DUTIES: Initiate process to perform electrical data conversion to Zuken E3 Software (Zuken’s E3. series is used for documenting and detailing electrical and fluid design projects). Manage the setup the software, create library and make sure E3 environment is available. Compile all existing harness data and create workflow to convert it. Create VBA macro to convert the harness data (VBA Macros use the Visual Basic Application in Excel to create custom user-generated functions and speed up manual tasks by creating automated processes). Create workflow to input the treated data in Zuken E3 using Harness Builder Plugin and monitor milestones. Prepare training sessions to teach PAC engineers on how to use Zuken E3 tools. Analyze physical harness to identify the possible system modularization opportunities and coordinate engineering team to develop Wiring Harness Formboard drawings. Implement in Zuken E3 Environment the Variant and Options methodology of harness modularization. Serve as liaison between various departments. Lead and guide a team of approximately 2 professionals to develop electrical schematic drawings.
SALARY: $73,611 per year.
