TITLE: Lead Designer

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, or in a related field or foreign equivalency.

JOB DUTIES: Drive creative vision for the company’s online game’s future sets. Design and develop mechanics, concepts, and flavors that encapsulate the charm of the company’s online game. Mentor, develop, and support other members of the design team. Coordinate with production on roadmap planning and tactical execution of design goals across disciplines. Scripting and implementing heroes and minions using internal tools. Participating in playtests and giving feedback on other designers’ contributions. Set a good example for the team to collaborate, communicate, listen, and be respectful. Explain product vision and design decisions both inside and outside the initial design team.

Salary range: $120,400/year to $161,500/year

JOB DUTIES: Conduct market research to identify potential investors, oversee due diligence to assess viability, and oversee development work. Analyze infrastructure assets to invest in and deploy capital. Structure deals, including negotiation of term sheets and final agreements with investment targets and with important stakeholders of targets. Supervise a team of financial analysts and supporting their work in financial analysis and financial modeling. Execution of deals, including coordination and analysis of due diligence of key workstreams. Active participation in business development to identify new markets to invest in.

SALARY: $176,571 per year.
