TITLE: Sales Engineer

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2 years’ experience in business operations, business administration, or project management.

JOB DUTIES: Provide technical consultation to clients regarding product adaptation and regulatory entry strategy for the U.S. market, focusing on engineered health and medical products such as OTC testing kits, personal care products, and devices requiring FDA compliance. Translate scientific or engineering specifications into regulatory-ready documents, advising clients on performance data, labeling, safety testing, and packaging formats under U.S. federal guidelines. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of entering the U.S. market, and assist in selecting the appropriate regulatory and technical approach. Support the company’s upcoming U.S.-based production initiatives by participating in preliminary technical planning, including production layout design, equipment evaluation, and local compliance adaptation. Assist in new product incubation projects by conducting market and technical feasibility assessments for innovative health-related products. Interface with potential distributors, partners, and clients to explain the technical value and regulatory positioning of products and services, helping drive commercial partnerships. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and technical forums, and present customized service solutions tailored to clients’ product profiles. Track U.S. regulatory, technical, and industry developments relevant to FDA-regulated products and update clients and internal teams accordingly.

SALARY: $98,842 per year.

TRAVEL DETAILS: Must be willing to travel to China; 2 trips per year are expected.
