TITLE: Construction Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field and 6 months of experience as Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, Project Manager, Project Estimator, Site Engineer, Junior Site Engineer, or related occupation.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of project acquisition, take-offs, estimates, bidding, team coordination, and monitoring financial performance.

JOB DUTIES: Ensure construction projects are managed in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure project deliverables are completed. Responsible for: project acquisition: take-offs, estimates, and bidding for construction projects on behalf of the company; forming business relationships and providing project related services for project owners, designers and customers; contract negotiations; providing technical expertise and assistance; monitoring the financial performance of projects to ensure they are executed on time within scope; coordinate and supervise a team composed of project managers; estimators; sales coordinators; and assistants; attend trade meetings and conferences representing the company’s interests; furnish project reports as necessary.

SALARY: $135,000 per year.

TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to various of construction sites within commuting distance of office in Santa Ana, CA 92706.
