TITLE: IT Support Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as a Help Desk Manager, Team Leader, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for Internal customer support. Installation and configuration of new equipment, both hardware and software, mostly for computers and laptops, etc. Troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware, operating systems, application software, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners. Administrative work such as documenting processes and procedures.
