TITLE: Real Estate Video Editor

REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency working with Photoshop Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, video, audio, and lighting equipment. Bachelor in Film/Video Production plus 2 years of experience in Film/TV Production required.

JOB DUTIES: Organize and string together raw footage into a finished product for marketing of properties. Edit video materials to insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, to arrange into sequences, and to correct errors, using video editing equipment. Select and combine the most effective shots of each scene to optimize materials. Review footage sequence by sequence to become familiar with it before assembling it into a final product. Set up and operate computer editing systems, electronic titling systems, video switching equipment, and digital video effects units to produce a final product, perform post-production editing, manipulations, and color balancing.
