TITLE: Junior Architectural Designer

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related is required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: At least one certification regarding the proficient use of ArchiCAD software.

JOB DUTIES: Provide architectural drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering. Assist in the development of design concepts and architectural plans under the guidance of senior architects. Review project specifications, building codes, and regulatory standards. Research materials, building codes, and regulations, and prepare detailed reports for architects to support design decisions
and project planning. Collaborate with architects and project teams to develop construction documents, architectural specifications, presentations, and client proposals. This job will be conducted under the supervision of a licensed architect; therefore, a separate license is not required.

SALARY: $85,000 per year.

REQUIREMENTS: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or a related field or foreign equivalency.

JOB DUTIES: Diagnose, treat, or research diseases and injuries of animals. Duties may also include research and development. Examine animals to detect and determine the nature of diseases or injuries. Treat sick or injured animals by prescribing medication, setting bones, dressing wounds, or performing surgery. Collect body tissue, feces, blood, urine, or other body fluids for examination and analysis. Inoculate animals against various diseases such as rabies or distemper. Counsel clients about the deaths of their pets or about euthanasia decisions for their pets.

Wage range: $86,029/year to $200,000/year.

TITLE: Network and Computer Systems Administrator

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

JOB DUTIES: Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements. Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records. Implement and provide technical support for voice services and equipment, such as private branch exchange, voice mail system, and telecom system. Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles, or taking classes, and implement or recommend the implementation of new technologies.

SCHEDULE: Full-time Position (40 hours per week).

SALARY: $75,629.00 per year.
