JOB DUTIES: Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), internet systems, and network segments to support company’s operational needs. Monitor network performance, diagnose system issues, and apply corrective measures to ensure stable connectivity and minimal downtime. Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls and anti-virus systems, to safeguard company data and prevent unauthorized access. Conduct routine updates, backups, and hardware or software upgrades for servers and network devices to ensure system reliability and compliance. Provide technical support for network, software, and hardware issues, including troubleshooting user accounts, permissions, and workstations. Develop and maintain documentation of network configurations, system changes, and IT policies to align with company standards and regulatory requirements. Research and recommend new technologies to improve IT infrastructure and operational efficiency, implementing automation solutions as needed. Train employees on IT systems usage and security protocols while maintaining a library of manuals and performance reports to support system optimization.

SALARY: $88,317 per year.
