TITLE: Business Analytics Specialist

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in business analytics, finance, or related field or equivalent, and 12 months of experience analyzing online user behavior and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in SQL Dtbase, Python (Panda, Pandas Library, Matplotlib), Tableau, R, Wordstream, VensimPLE.

JOB DUTIES: Develop, prepare, and implement business strategies for online sale of swimwear products, accessories, and equipment to optimize online selling services and platforms. Optimize online selling platforms, utilize Structured Query Language and Python (Pandas, Numpy) for A/B testing and treatment effects analysis of website changes; utilize search engine optimization tools, keyword design, and website layout optimization to enhance online visibility; conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and assess the impact of business strategies; gather and interpret financial data, provide insights to optimize advertising spending and improve profitability; optimize inventory turnover and profit margin ratios; monitor and analyze key performance indicators including cost per acquisition and conversion to improve online advertising campaigns; conduct competitor analysis and market research to evaluate and identify opportunities to refine advertising and product strategies on merchandise selection and pricing; manage customer database to prepare and design targeted marketing campaigns and sales analysis, including the use of Structured Query Language and Python to extract and cleanse data; ensure accuracy and optimal stock and inventory management; perform data cleansing and visualization post-cleansing to effectively present findings and insights.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

SALARY: $79,789 per year.

TITLE: Religious Education Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Education and 60 months of experience as a Teacher or School Coordinator or Pedagogue.

JOB DUTIES: Develop or direct study courses or religious education programs within the ministry under supervision of our Theological School. Identify and recruit potential volunteer workers. Research appropriate curriculum or class structures for educational programs and present to board for approval and implementation. Assist in planning and programming special events, such as camps, conferences, meetings, seminars, or retreats. Collaborate with other ministry members to establish goals and objectives for religious education programs or to develop ways to encourage program participation. Train and supervise religious education instructional staff on school methods and programs for adequate implementation of such methods and programs. Implement program plans by ordering needed materials, scheduling speakers, reserving space, or handling other administrative details. Help analyze member participation or changes in congregational emphasis to determine needs for religious education. Attend workshops, seminars, or conferences to obtain program ideas, information, or resources. Publicize programs through sources, such as newsletters, bulletins, or mailings. Confer with clergy members, congregational officials, or congregational organizations to encourage support of or participation in religious education activities. Plan fund raising activities for the church to be invested in educational programs. Locate and distribute resources, such as periodicals or curriculum, to enhance the effectiveness of educational programs. Participate in denominational activities aimed at goals, such as promoting interfaith understanding or providing aid to new or small congregations. Interpret religious education activities to the public through speaking, leading discussions, or writing articles for local or national publications. Plan or conduct conferences dealing with the interpretation of religious ideas or convictions.

SALARY: $66,810 per year.
