JOB DUTIES: Create concept art for environments, architecture, and other company online game in-game assets. Create mood pieces and other visual development assets. Create illustration quality key art production paintings. Work closely with the Art Lead for each task to help achieve a consistent vision. Explore a wide variety of ideas that push the company’s online game style. Work closely with other Artists. Communicate with Production, Design, and other departments.

Salary range: $130,000/year to $161,500/year

TITLE: Lead Software Development Engineer in Test

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or foreign equivalency and 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer, or a related occupation.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.

JOB DUTIES: Collaborate with company online game teams to develop test plans, understand risk-based testing, and establish quality goals. Identify, design, and deliver technical solutions (frameworks, tests, API hooks, tools) increasing test effectiveness and coverage, while reducing the cost of test execution. Implement metrics, analyze test data and results to identify patterns, report on risk status to development partners, and influence software quality. Mentor engineers and analysts to provide technical guidance to individuals and teams. Share insights, solutions, and best practices within the team and across the company. Salary range: $180,000/year to $218,810/year
