JOB DUTIES: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Work closely with game studios in engineering and production teams to assess and prioritize opportunities. Develop detailed product requirements and establish quantifiable measures of success (KPIs) for validated opportunities. Partner with engineering leadership to shape product strategy and translate into actionable short and long-term road maps. Perform user- and competitive research to inform opportunities and make data-informed decisions. Regularly communicate product plans and outcomes to company leadership and key stakeholders.

Salary range: $160,000/year to $161,500/year

JOB DUTIES: Create special effects or animations using computers or other tools and media for use in computer games & related. Create inspirational artwork to define artistic vision and support game design. Produce creative designs from initial sketches to final concepts including immersive environments. Gather and organize reference for the concept team. Paint over renders and screenshots in Photoshop. Draw storyboards which will illustrate the movement of FX and FX animations. Create redline notes for environments, taking game levels to a higher fidelity for the production.

Salary range: $76,044/year to $100,000/year

JOB DUTIES: Managing people, technology/roadmaps for business domain, customers and resources. Work closely with key business stakeholders across domains to deliver successful products and empower business. Set goals for team and ensure that standards and norms are followed, and that team is on track with set goals. Owns all people management responsibilities such as performance management and professional development. Lead a team of 2-5 engineers that build REST API that empower different business verticals. Build scalable, high-volume, high availability systems for sophisticated personalization solutions. Develop personalized experiences within mobile and web applications. Work with high volumes of data in both relational and NoSQL data stores Build personalization integrations leveraging multiple data sources across communication channels (in-game, voice, mobile, email, social, web, and others). Perform code reviews and ensure exceptional code quality. Participate in development of new features and defect resolution on existing applications, as well as assist with scoping and designing new product initiatives. Data integration and automation from a variety of formats including files and APIs. Work in a collaborative team environment, managing large-scale data.

Salary range: $197,028/year to $218,810/year
