TITLE: Business Analyst
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Business or related is required.
JOB DUTIES: Conduct pet supplier industry research and collect the most updated information, data, and statistics from competitors, associations, and reliable sources. (These duties take approximately 30% of work time.) Apply innovative and analytical approaches to quantify risk scenarios and analyze impacts on Pawsitive Dreams Corporation’s risk-based capital and solvency position. (These duties take approximately 25% of work time.) Compile clear, accurate and timely reports and metrics for the management and document policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls. (These duties take approximately 20% of work time.) Work closely with the management and offer solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control. (These duties take approximately 15% of work time.) Participate in business meetings and negotiations and provide consultations as to the feasibility to the establishment of partnership, merger & acquisitions, financing from venture capital entities, etc. (These duties take approximately 10% of work time.)
SALARY: $110,000 per year.
