TITLE: Technical Animator

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Experimental Animation, Media Production, Management, and Technology, or related field or foreign equivalency.

JOB DUTIES: Create special effects or animations using computers, or other electronic tools and media for use in computer games and related as an associate Technical Animator. Work with established proprietary rigging and animation system within digital creation tools. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of Coders, Animators and Technical Animators encouraging a positive team dynamic. Work optimally to support content creators. Perform skeleton creation, high quality realistic skin weighting, and animation rig creation.

Salary range: $83,179/year to $100,000/year

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in Computer Science and Twenty-four (24) months experience with Microsoft Windows, mobile app develop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, tools as Ruby and Rails, PostgreSQL.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated knowledge of databases spreadsheets, Internet, and e-mail programs, Internet web page development, and technical writing skills. Advanced command of English language skills including strong proficiency in verbal and written ability. Ability to assist Customers/users with PC hardware and software related problems. Willingness to learn new skills and keep knowledge updated. Must be customer/user support oriented, friendly, courteous, have excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks with little supervision. Must have strong interpersonal skills, and ability to provide advocacy for functions performed and to maintain high levels of communication with work colleagues, virtual team, customers/users and supervisor/director.

JOB DUTIES: Engage with customers to determine their needs. Plan, write, test, and update software applications using web development tools. Provide data and customer support via email and phone. Write help files and articles as needed. Collaborate remotely with eAdventist teammates located in WA state. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. Must be a member in regular standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

JOB DUTIES: Meets revenue goals according to budget; Control costs: labor, direct operating expenses; Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance; Direct operating expenses budget oversight; Measures and manages productivity. Manages all operational employees including production, operators, fleet and facilities; staffing, onboarding support (handbook review), employee retention, safety and training, quality control; Establish, maintain and manage safety and training programs; Employee retention (ex. evaluations: 90 day/anniversary, employee understanding of policies/procedures, taking care of our people); Uphold company culture and standards; Maintain counseling procedure integrity: negative and positive; Ensure systems, processes and policies are being followed; Fill gaps in management. Ensure compliance for all state and regulatory requirements per DOT, OSHA and Insurance; PM and repairs to keep fleet at an operational capacity; DOT inspections; Employee driving status; CDL med physicals; Re-certification; Cleanliness and organization; Shop upkeep; Grounds and landscaping; Trash/litter/debris management… “clean work space” and “everything has a home”; Log yard management and organization; Parking for employees and guests to the business; Purchasing trucks, tools, supplies and equipment. Plans and organizes daily workflow organization, communication; Rain day plans and priorities of work for staff that IS working; Maintain compliance with personnel, facilities, fleet; Coordinates with other support departments to ensure smooth production operations.

TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to different location premises required by the company for the development of its projects.
