TITLE: Department Producer

REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as an Associate Production Manager, Production Coordinator, or in a related occupation.

JOB DUTIES: Partner with the Artistic Supervisor to bid, build and lead macro and micro department schedules including pre-production. Ensure upstream and downstream departments are receiving results on time. If not raise flags in advance to work out optimal solutions with stakeholders. Responsible for forecasting headcount for the department and working with show producers and management towards solutions on overage and deficits. Ensure the production database is up-to-date and accurate. Actively create and execute action plans for the department’s future success, including R&D tasks, training programs, purchasing and department organizational structure. Energize team morale and organize department activities to ensure the health of assigned departments. Work with artistic supervisor and senior staff on hiring decisions that helps achieve both the short term and long range goals of the team. In conjunction with Artistic Supervisor, prepare and deliver employee evaluations and timely feedback. Oversee timesheets including bi-weekly approvals, overtime, and vacation requests and maintain artist time logs using overseer. Promote an environment of collaboration and teamwork. Attend all meetings, take requisites notes, distribute information and act as a stakeholder for their team. Regular syncs with production staff, supervisors, artists, and leadership to keep studio abreast of workload, milestones and any issues that may arise.

Salary range: $94,556/year to $124,000/year

TITLE: Physical Education Teacher

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (PE), Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Health and Physical Education, or any other closely related field and 2 years of experience as Physical education teacher, sports coach, athletic trainer, fitness instructor, recreation program leader, or any other closely related field.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in Spanish. Florida Teaching Certification in Physical Education, CPR Certification, and completion of DCF hours.

JOB DUTIES: Teach prekindergarten and elementary students, specifically Pre-K 2 through 2nd grade. Design and implement a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate physical education curriculum that aligns with state and national standards and fosters physical fitness, motor skills, coordination, and overall well-being for students across all grade levels. Integrate lessons that promote sportsmanship, teamwork, perseverance, and leadership, ensuring students develop lifelong habits of physical activity and personal responsibility. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, including demonstrations, discussions, interactive activities, and skill-based instruction, to engage students of all ages and abilities in meaningful physical education experiences. Adapt lessons to meet the diverse developmental and skill levels of students, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all learners. Use technology and modern fitness methodologies to enhance learning and participation in physical activities. Observe and evaluate students’ performance, motor skill development, teamwork, behavior, and physical health to inform instruction and provide individualized support. Maintain accurate records of student participation, progress, and assessments in alignment with school and district policies. Use formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor student growth and adjust instruction accordingly. Establish and enforce clear behavioral expectations and safety procedures to create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment. Ensure student safety during all physical activities, following best practices in injury prevention, risk management, and emergency response. Manage and maintain PE equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and functional space for physical activity. Organize and oversee school-wide fitness programs, intramural and extracurricular sports activities, and health-focused initiatives that encourage student participation beyond the classroom. Promote a holistic approach to wellness, integrating aspects of nutrition, mental well-being, and lifelong physical activity into the PE curriculum. Encourage students to develop self-discipline, resilience, and cooperative teamwork through structured sports and movement activities. Work closely with faculty, administrators, and staff to integrate physical education into the broader academic curriculum, reinforcing cross-disciplinary learning. Engage with parents and the community to support student fitness and wellness goals through collaborative initiatives and outreach programs. Advocate for the importance of physical education in developing social-emotional learning, cognitive growth, and lifelong health habits. Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and certification programs to stay current with best practices in physical education, sports science, and student engagement strategies. Stay updated on emerging trends in kinesiology, movement science, and youth sports coaching, ensuring the application of modern teaching techniques. Maintain required certifications and licensure, including CPR, first aid, and any state-mandated professional development hours.
