JOB DUTIES: Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, buying habits, and market trends to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand in the wholesale furniture industry. Research competitors’ pricing, sales, marketing strategies, and distribution methods to assess market positioning and business opportunities. Develop and implement data collection methods such as surveys, questionnaires, and industry research to gather relevant market insights. Prepare detailed reports and presentations, using statistical and analytical tools to illustrate findings and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Monitor and forecast sales and marketing trends, evaluating the effectiveness of advertising, promotions, and communication strategies. Assist in designing market entry strategies by analyzing trade regulations, economic conditions, and demand trends in key domestic and international markets. Recommend pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional approaches based on market research and competitive analysis. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business strategies with market insights and customer needs. Attend industry conferences and internal meetings to provide management with data-driven recommendations on product development, pricing, and distribution.

SALARY: $72,883 per year.

TITLE: Design Associate

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Planning, and 5 years of professional experience in architecture/design settings. At least three (3) years of the required five (5) years of experience must be with the design, planning and construction of educational facilities or similar public agency.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Possess knowledge of CA Department of Education, Division of the State Architect, applicable building and engineering codes, fire codes and energy codes. (i.e.: ADA, CA Title 24, CalGreen, etc.) Software: MS Office, Bluebeam, Autocad, Revit. Interpret fed, state, and local codes related to educational facilities.

JOB DUTIES: Assists Planning and Development staff by providing support services pertaining to the planning, design, and construction of educational facility projects. Assists in performing routine procedural work related to management of Architectural-Engineering contracts and services, and preparing studies and presentations. Reads and interprets architectural, engineering and planning documents. Collects and organizes data for reports and presentations. Assists in the preparation of reports and minor project research. Updates and maintains project files with technical information. Reviews plans and design/construction documentation for compliance with applicable standards requirements and federal, state and local codes. Reviews and prepares internal documentation for completeness and approval by other District branches (i.e.: AE Contracts, AE invoices, etc.). Assists in coordinating project activities with other District organizational branches and departments (i.e.: Office of the Environmental Health and Safety, A/E Design Services, Maintenance and Operations, Furniture + Interiors Group, Project Execution, Local Districts, etc.) in support of design and construction administration functions. Participates in community relations and outreach programs to create understanding and acceptance of district-building projects within the community. Performs other related tasks required.

SALARY: $91,832 – 92,000 annually.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and 2 years of experience as Automobile Technician certified.

JOB DUTIES: Identify problems, often by using computerized diagnostic equipment. Plan work procedures, using charts, technical manuals, and experience. Test parts and systems to ensure that they work properly. Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined. Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors. Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications. Explain automotive problems and repairs to clients.

SALARY: $58,469 per year.
