TITLE: Associate Pastor
REQUIREMENTS: Masters of Divinity, Theology or related and at least 1.5 years of experience as a Youth Pastor or similar or 3 years of part-time experience in Youth Ministry required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in Korean.
JOB DUTIES: Assist the senior pastor with administrative tasks. Perform youth ministry leadership duties by leading and mentoring the youth group. Provide spiritual guidance by preaching and teaching. Develop and organize youth programs. Conduct the services and activities in Korean and English. Engage with families and the community for spiritual development. Assist administrative team with communication and organization.
SALARY: $60,000 per year including benefits and may commensurate with experience.
