TITLE: Financial Analyst

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or Equivalent degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; 12 months of work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related sector.

JOB DUTIES: Develop and maintain the firm’s financial budgets; Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis; Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization; Maintain accurate data entry and organization of financial records; Manage the billing process for the firm’s clients; Analyze business and financial data, including the preparation of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliations; Conduct monthly financial analysis and produce a FLASH report; Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and handle client inquiries regarding billing; Ensure all financial activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.

TRAVEL DETAILS: No travel is required.

SALARY: $66,500 per year.

Employ social media strategy, including audience segmentation, message tailoring, behavior modeling, and paid ads across social platforms to drive referral traffic to the shops and boost product sales. (15% of work time). Explore, research, and analyze market trends, keep abreast of the latest rules & policies. (10% of work time). Lead the development and execution of communication strategies, and ensure alignment across an integrated marketing communication plan. (10% of work time). Analyze advertising, demos, promotions and any other marketing tactic to maximize effectiveness. (10% of work time).

SALARY: $48,693 per year.

JOB DUTIES: Conduct comprehensive quality control tests on product ingredients, including Natural Colors, Inulin, Erythritol, and other components, to ensure they meet specified standards. Write chemical data and technical reports to establish standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, or tests. Regularly evaluate laboratory safety procedures to ensure compliance with established safety standards. Compile and analyze test results to assess the efficiency of processes or equipment. Diagnose malfunctions based on test outcomes and recommend corrective actions. Engage with ingredient manufactures to address quality and technical issues, such as solubility, solvent residues, heavy metal content, pesticide residues, and other relevant factors. Communicate with raw material manufactures from China and or other countries to improve their processes to meet qualifications of the US FDA.

SALARY: $91,300 per year.
