TITLE: Associate Attorney
REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor Degree, licensed in California, and eligible to sit for the patent bar.
JOB DUTIES: Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property and corporate law. Draft, file, and prosecute patent and trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Handle intellectual property enforcement, litigation, and licensing matters. Advise clients on intellectual property strategies, portfolio and compliance.
