TITLE: Senior Game Designer, Content
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as a Game Designer, or related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for content creation. Design, implement, and own large scale systems with some direction. Create pragmatic extensible solutions and reduce the complexity of existing systems. Know when and how to innovate and improve elements of design, implementation, documentation, and operation of solutions. Understanding when a project or feature is done, including considerations for quality, performance, and deploy ability. Articulate design as well as implementation trade-offs and risks to stakeholders. Parse community response and objectively extract actionable improvements to the team’s work. Duties involve writing and character development. Work creatively in a team environment.
SALARY: $140,400/year to $161,500/year
