TITLE: Executive Director – Ronald S. Lauder Impact Initiative.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and 3 years experience in Nonprofit program and project development.
JOB DUTIES: Develop new Jewish educational initiatives that are easier to implement in schools and more effective from an organizational psychology standpoint. Prepare manuals to train instructors at Jewish Day Schools from an organizational psychology standpoint in the use of new curriculum and procedures for new Jewish educational programs. Develop cutting edge mental health resources and protocols for students and teachers at Jewish Day Schools to make partnerships more attractive. Partner with Jewish day schools and funders in the pilot cities to develop targeted and strategic solutions for transforming enrollment trajectories and creating a thriving Jewish educational system. Collaborate with local leaders, thinkers, and expert consultants to formulate bold strategies and implement data-driven methodologies. Work closely with each pilot city to test, study, and iterate strategies, ensuring they serve as blueprints for national scaling. Provide customized support to pilot cities while respecting school self-determination and fostering ownership among stakeholders. Cultivate partnerships and secure broad buy-in by recruiting local funders and leaders to support the initiative. Manage the partner city data collection structures to facilitate resource, idea, and solution-sharing among pilot partners.
SALARY: $85,000-$450,000 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Throughout the United States to partner with Jewish day schools and funders in the pilot cities to develop targeted and strategic solutions for transforming enrollment trajectories and creating a thriving Jewish educational system. At least 20 weeks per year.
