TITLE: Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
JOB DUTIES: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient sales, inventory management, and exceptional customer service. Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring products are displayed according to brand aesthetics and standards. Manage inventory levels, monitor stock replenishment, and maintain accurate product records to ensure availability. Track sales performance, implement strategies to meet targets, and identify opportunities for revenue growth. Support the training and onboarding of new team members by providing basic instructions and sharing routine procedures.
SALARY: $82,000 per year.
