TITLE: Senior Game Producer
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Game Development, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as a Producer, Development Director, or a related occupation.
Special Requirements: Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Produce productions for entertainment and video games. Work with all development disciplines and other producers to establish timelines, track and balance workloads. Drive the completion of project goals as a partner to development leads. Own, evaluate, track, and improve on workflows and scheduling. Identify roadblocks and project risks and in finding solutions. Communicate with developers of all disciplines. Motivate and support teammates. Mentor others in production skills and techniques.
Salary range: $140,000/year to $161,500/year
