TITLE: General Manager
REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the job or 4 years of experience as a Producer, Creative Director, or in a related occupation.

JOB DUTIES: Plan, direct, and lead a game team, developing a new IP, through production into live operations. Direct all aspects of game development through production, launch and live operations. Partner with supporting functional teams, including publishing, marketing, finance, licensing, international, quality assurance and customer service. Maintain a creative environment, motivate developers, implement best-practices for staff and achieving goals. Direct strategic analysis of market trends and competition. Partner with finance on P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and business design. Work with international regions to optimize global strategy.
Salary range: $399,768/year to $412,000/year
