TITLE: Nanny
REQUIREMENTS: 24 months of experience is required.
JOB DUTIES: Child Supervision and Safety: Supervise and monitor children’s activities to ensure their safety at all times. Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children, including childproofing the home where necessary. Daily Routine and Schedule Management: Plan and implement daily routines for children, including meals, naps, educational activities, playtime, and bedtime routines. Ensure that the children’s daily needs are met in a timely and appropriate manner. Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children, in line with dietary restrictions or preferences. Clean up after meals and ensure that the children’s eating areas are kept tidy. Child Development and Education: Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development (e.g., reading, puzzles, arts and crafts, outdoor play). Assist with homework, provide tutoring or educational support as needed. Health and Well-being: Monitor the health and hygiene of children, including administering medication as prescribed. Report any changes in the children’s physical, emotional, or developmental well-being to the parents. Light Household Duties Related to Children: Perform light housekeeping duties directly related to the children, such as laundry, making beds, and tidying up children’s rooms and play areas. Maintain the children’s toys, books, and other personal items. Communication with Parents: Provide daily or weekly updates to parents regarding the children’s activities, behavior, health, and any concerns. Collaborate with parents on any specific needs or requests related to the children’s care.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.
SALARY: $37,814 per year.
