REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (International Marketing and Management), Marketing, Sales, Business, or related degree and 36 months of experience in Business development, market analysis, or account management with an international focus, including German market analysis, cross-border strategy, planning, and reporting for executive decision-making.
JOB DUTIES: Providing business management, tasked with establishing business objectives across the US-German region; managing business plan development, fostering communication with business units, analyzing performance metrics, managing project schedules, researching industry trends for long-term opportunities, and facilitating communication; understanding of diverse business functions and the ability to communicate and coordinate between stakeholders; strategic Planning & Business Management; preparing reports of findings; collecting and analyzing data on German customer demographics, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets affecting product demands for expansion purposes; attending staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services; and seek and provide information to help New Patriot Holdings Inc to determine their position in the US-German marketplace.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.
SALARY: $72,883 per year.
