TITLE: Marketing Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Marketing Analytics is required.
JOB DUTIES: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, target demographics, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, advertisements, presentations, and digital content. Maintain and update the company website and social media profiles to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement. Create and monitor content for social media platforms and email campaigns. Analyze key marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms to assess campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement, and recommend strategic improvements. Support SEO/SEM initiatives by performing keyword research, optimizing web content, and monitoring search engine rankings. Collaborate with internal departments—sales, design, and product teams—to develop promotional initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging. Organize marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches, managing logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up. Manage advertising campaigns across digital channels, including paid social media ads and display advertising. Track budgets and maintain accurate records for all marketing expenditures. Prepare and present marketing performance reports to management with insights and recommendations. Maintain knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices, and identify innovative tactics for market outreach and brand development.
SALARY: $93,080 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Occasional travel for conferences, with each trip lasting 1-2 days.
