TITLE: Senior Associate
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs and Political Science, Economics, and 4 years of experience, including 2 years as Associate and 2 years as Analyst.
JOB DUTIES: Conduct market research to identify potential investors, oversee due diligence to assess viability, and oversee development work. Analyze infrastructure assets to invest in and deploy capital. Structure deals, including negotiation of term sheets and final agreements with investment targets and with important stakeholders of targets. Supervise a team of financial analysts and supporting their work in financial analysis and financial modeling. Execution of deals, including coordination and analysis of due diligence of key workstreams. Active participation in business development to identify new markets to invest in.
SALARY: $176,571 per year.
