TITLE: Community Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Media Culture, and Communication, or related field or foreign equivalency and 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience in a related occupation.
JOB DUTIES: Create compelling product communications such as blogs, patch notes, presentations, and more. Organize the company’s online game franchise material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Track, analyze and report on content and program performance data to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation. Contribute to content strategy and player-facing communications, including active engagement on community channels and reactive messaging. Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or establishment personnel. Develop and execute key community initiatives including contests, live events, content partnerships, and influencer/creator integrations and more. Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and highest impact on community
Salary range: $98,325/year to $129,200/year
