TITLE: Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Management Studies, or a related field; 6 months of experience in operations, management, or a related field.
JOB DUTIES: Analyze financial reports and performance data to assess productivity, cost efficiency, and improvement areas; Oversee daily operations, including production, pricing, sales, and delivery logistics; Monitor inventory and supply chain, coordinating with vendors; Develop staff schedules and assign duties.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.
SALARY: $129,000 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel is not required.
