TITLE: Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in tools like Procore, MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems. 1 year working in operations, project coordination, or improving business processes.
JOB DUTIES: Implement and manage ERP systems and digital tools to streamline operations, automate workflows, and support project execution. Develop internal dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and support executive decision-making. Use data analysis to improve budgeting, scheduling, and resource management across departments. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while supporting team training and ongoing process improvements.
SALARY: $72,500 per year.
