TITLE: Mechanical Technician

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma (HSD), Vocational High School Diploma (VHSD) or GED and 24 months experience as a technician, mechanical technician, mechanic, window/door installation technician and repair; or in door or window installation or repair.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

JOB DUTIES: Installation, service support and measuring in commercial and residential spaces. Installation and repair of windows, sliding doors, screen doors and motorized treatments. Perform technical measures of client windows, door openings and related applications to ensure proper fit. Utilize spare components or hardware from toolbox and trucks and/or as necessary to repair the sliding doors, cut down or amend the screen configuration to ensure the job is completed correctly. Repair broken or damaged products and work with manufacturers to resolve issues as necessary. May be assigned multiple jobs per day.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.

SALARY: $45,120.00 per year.
