TITLE: Golf Hospitality Manager
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of prior experience required.
JOB DUTIES: Plan, coordinate, and direct golf activities and operations. Coordinate and schedule golf games, including assist in pairing up unmatched players, communicate with the golf shop and rangers via radio on play activity, help direct and organize the set-up of regular play and tournaments and shotguns. Direct all outside golf staff regarding daily play and golf tournament setups. Coordinate the movement of member and guest golf bags, golf cart valet services, staging and parking of golf carts in orderly manner. Keep written records of the number of rounds on a daily, monthly and yearly basis. Keep accurate records. Schedule all employees under direct supervision. Delegate specific duties and assighnments for the day to the outside operations staff. Schedule and supervise and direct the golf cart mechanic. Oversee maintenance of golf equipment. Work directly with Golf Professional Staff and Operations team during golf tournaments, ensuring coordination and set up of golf bags and equipment, golf cart staging and player assignments. Direct subordinates before and during golf events and outings. Manage and direct all golf practice facility personnel along with facility setup.
