TITLE: Vice President of Creative

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Visual Communication Design, Bachelor of Science in Design (BSD) in Visual Communication Design or Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design and 12 months experience as user experience/user interface (UI/UX) creative director, UI/UX design director, UI/UX designer, in UI/UX design, or in UI/UX design related area.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Demands a strong blend of creativity, technical skill, and strategic thinking to enhance the user experience, strengthen the brand, and support sales efforts. Must be adept at working within cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality design solutions that drive business success.

JOB DUTIES: Lead the UI (User Interface) design for both desktop and mobile software products. Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for software applications. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across different platforms. Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to ensure designs align with business requests. Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and proper implementation of UI designs. Provide detailed design specifications and assets to the development team. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Ensure a seamless user experience across all software platforms. Collaborate with UX (User Experience) designers to understand user needs and pain points. Implement user feedback and usability testing results into design improvements. Strive to enhance the overall user experience through innovative design solutions. Stay updated with the latest UI design tools, techniques, and technologies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system for the software product. Design all external communication materials, including branding and the company’s website. Develop creative strategies that effectively communicate the company’s brand and product offerings to the market. Create and design all sales materials, such as one-sheets, decks, and presentations. Work with the sales team to ensure that all materials are visually compelling and effectively convey the value proposition of the company’s products.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.

SALARY: $86,400.00 per year.
