TITLE: Game Designer

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Physics, or related field or foreign equivalency and 1 year of experience in the job or 1 year of experience as a Designer, Associate Game Designer, or in a related occupation.

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for creating the themes and mechanics that go into our updates. Create engaging mechanics and craft unique flavors for new online games. Work with interdisciplinary teams to deliver players highly polished content, while iterating the designs based on feedback, testing, and your own intuition. SALARY: $80,121.60/year to $124,000/year

TITLE: Senior Outsource Supervisor, Characters

REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the job or 4 years of experience as an Artist, Character Artist, or in a related occupation.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.

JOB DUTIES: Manage communications and provide feedback to artists and help maintain a strong creative relationship between external and internal art teams. Generate detailed documentation, visual reference, and examples of art asset production, procedures, and engine requirements to support the external vendors. Own the quality control over all incoming art assets, providing detailed feedback and approvals to the vendor in order to deliver quality assets to the development team. Implement approved assets into the game engine, along with making any needed fixes to keep assets consistent and game ready. Work closely with the art director, senior character supervisor, production team, and outsource manager to determine outsourcing needs, pipelines, budgets and costs for art assets. Coordinate with the outsource manager to schedule and track incoming assets. Create 3D game character model.

Salary range: $135,525/year to $161,500/year
