TITLE: Sales Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 18 months of working experience in any field with at least 6 months in a sales-related field.
JOB DUTIES: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets; Lead and manage sales teams to drive business growth; Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels; Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales; Set sales quotas, track performance, and report to management; Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and vendors; Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness; Analyze sales data and forecasts to improve decision-making.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.
SALARY: $81,500 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel is not required.
