TITLE: Senior Associate
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Global Affairs and Political Science, Economics and 4 years of experience – 2 years as an Associate and 2 years as an Analyst.
JOB DUTIES: Conducting market research to identify potential investors, overseeing due diligence to assess viability and overseeing development work. Analyzing infrastructure assets to invest in (hyrdogen projects, renewable projects, and carbon capture plans) and deploying capital. Structuring deals, including negotiation of term sheets and final agreements with investment targets as well as with important stakeholders of the targets (offtakers, EPC counterparty, O&M counterparty, feedstock suppliers, regulatory authorities). Supervision of team of financial analysts and supporting their work in financial analysis and financial modeling. Execution of deals, including coordination and analysis of due diligence of key workstreams (technical due diligence, legal due diligence,commercial due diligence, environmental due diligence). Active participation in business development to identify new markets to invest in.
SALARY: $176,571 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel within the United States will be required to meet with project developers. Travel will typically be required once a month to the following states: Nebraska, Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Colorado.
