Title: Art Outsource Supervisor
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Illustration, Game and Digital Media Design, or a related field or foreign equivalency.
Job Duties: Manage communication, provide feedback to artists, and help maintain a strong creative relationship between external and internal art teams. Generate detailed documentation including style guides, creative briefs, and reference images to support external vendors. Own the quality control over incoming art assets. Coordinate with the outsource manager to schedule and track incoming assets.
Wage range: $103,480/year to $136,400/year
