Title: Senior Database Engineer
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Technologies – Information Assurance, or related field or foreign equivalency and 2 years of experience in the job or years of experience as an Engineer, Database Administrator, or a related occupation.
Special Requirements: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.
Job Duties: Maintain and contribute to complex automation for the installation, configuration, backup/restore, and monitoring of database. Manage hybrid and multi-cloud environments for large scale global deployments. Provide consultation and guidance to development partners on NoSQL best practices. Create and document technical strategies and procedures. Plan and execute live data migrations and upgrades. Evaluate and implement open source database tooling. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
Wage range: $150,000/year to $181,690/year
