TITLE: Operations Director
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum work experience of 18 months as Restaurant Operations Director.
JOB DUTIES: Oversee and supervise daily operations of restaurant. Set strategy plan for product and sales targets. Develop and implement strategy operational and sales plan. Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks. Assess and analyze budgets and on-going business projects.
SALARY: $110,000 per year.
