TITLE: Business Analytics Associate
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, related field or foreign equivalent and 1 year of work experience or experience gained through coursework in the following: working with data and data analysis tools, such as Excel, SAS, or Python; and creating and writing reports to present findings using graphs.
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for analyzing business data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to help the company optimize operations and increase revenue. Will report to the Salon Manager and work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the salon. Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and overall revenue. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer traffic, service sales, and retail sales to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the salon manager and other team members to implement changes and improvements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and best practices. Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to track progress and performance.
SALARY: $74,922 per year.
