TITLE: In House Counsel
REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor in Law or its foreign educational equivalent and active state Bar membership.
JOB DUTIES: Prepare, draft, and review commercial documents, including franchise agreements, lease agreements, guaranties, and other legal documents and contracts; work with appropriate outside legal counsel as directed; draft, prepare, and preserve business records such as minutes of meetings and corporate resolutions.
