REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar position.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have extensive knowledge of Turkish Cuisine. Must be able to prepare Turkish specialty dishes.
JOB DUTIES: Preparing daily menus and specials. Checking and controlling food quality and variety. Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations. Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors. Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating, and delivery.
SALARY: $86,258 per year.
