TITLE: Human Resources Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience required.
JOB DUTIES: Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, laws, rules or regulations. Hire employees and process required paperwork. Address and resolve employee relations issues, and problems that may arise from labor disputes or employee concerns. Develop or implement personnel policies, regulations or procedures. Inform job applicants of details such as duties, responsibilities and working conditions. Review conduct of applicants and perform background checks.
