TITLE: Executive Chef
REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or foreign equivalent and 120 months combination of related culinary experience as Chef, Sous Chef, Line Chef, Flying Chef, or any other related position.
JOB DUTIES: Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities. Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards. Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs. Supervise kitchen staff. Arrange equipment purchases and repairs. Recruit and manage kitchen staff.
SALARY: $94,141 per year.
