TITLE: Technical Animator
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Fine Art, Game Art, or a related field
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for identifying and executing solutions to technical inefficiencies within multiple studios at the company. Works with our internal and external teams to establish consistent and optimal best practices and works with other discipline leads to enforcing them. Proactively identifies problems, proposes solutions and seeks out buy-in regarding implementation strategy. Mentoring more junior Technical Artists on the team. Communicate with both technical and non-technical cross-functional team members and stakeholders. Identify and drive the priorities of the team and work with production to build out roadmaps. Oversees and leads a team of contractors from other studios who implement recommended solutions. Lead others and make important creative and technical decisions that allow us to push graphical fidelity on the next generation of console hardware.
SALARY: $119,163.20/year to $136,400/year
