TITLE: Lead RPA Developer
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field or foreign equivalency and 5 years of experience in the job or 5 years of experience as a Developer, Solutions Architect, or in a related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for creating the process documentation. Best practices applied when solutioning and designing the automation workflow. Responsible for estimating automation duration. Design and build automations as per the best practices and security standards, automate critical processes with multiple BOTs. Work with Business teams in process understanding, analysis, and optimization and in providing required documents (PDD, SDD) and planning for best automation results. Involve in all phases of RPA automation life cycle. Interaction with product owner during UAT to address the issues, complete all positive and negative scenarios of testing, get sign offs for production deployment. Responsible to do POC on new features/technologies and come up with the detailed report to present it to process owners and clients. Provides periodic status on the progress of development. Monitoring and maintaining RPA bots to avoid interruptions to the business. Develop and configure new automations & maintain existing bots using RPA UiPath with core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Coordinate and support software production schedules and processing for assigned projects. Assist in automation development, coding, testing, debugging and implement bots into production. Assist with test case development and unit testing for a variety of automations with supervision. Support existing production automations and implementation of automation revisions. Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements, testing, RPA Runbook and other design artifacts. Assist with the maintenance of documentation in the context of a change management process. Work as part of a team, using approved software development methodology and processes, to assist in the resolution of technical issues. Contribute to the creation of software throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Accountable for product review by ensuring the technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements and commits to Customer Success. Work with Infrastructure team to setup UiPath environment, DR Setup, manage upgrades and license (Studio, Non-Prod, Unattended, and Attended) management. Seeks direction on the escalation of complex technical problems to appropriate channels. Collaborate with team members to identify ways to improve existing processes and technical output. Promote policies that foster quality standards and industry best practice.
SALARY: $150,000/year to $175,050/year
