TITLE: Designer
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
JOB DUTIES: Understand what our users are doing and why. Provide user research support using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, concept testing, survey, card sorting, data analytics, and competitive analysis. Define problems and opportunities. Visualize user problems with journey map, affinity diagram, and persona. Combine analysis of our user with business needs to form stories and plan solutions. Create and show solutions. Create design by delivering wireframes, flowcharts, information architecture, prototypes, feature matrices, reusable components by using tools such as Sketch, Axure, and Figma. Present and communicate your work across the organization and other teams at the company. Collaborate effectively. Track and document work using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Team up with other disciplines such as product managers, engineers, other designers, and researchers.
SALARY: $121,264/year to $139,500/year
