TITLE: Master Technician
REQUIREMENTS: 60 months experience as an Industrial Technician Mechanic.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Certificate of Diagnostic and repair – electric and engine combustion Forklift Elite Silver Technician. Knowledge of Hydraulic system, electrical system, drivetrain system, brake, engine and transmission systems specifically relating to industrial fork lifts. Utilizing computer software diagnostics (Spectrum, CGP, Handset, PC Service Tools) to evaluate Hydraulic system, electrical system, drivetrain system, brake, engine and transmission systems. Knowledge and experience reading schematic diagrams relating to electrical systems.
JOB DUTIES: Diagnose and repair material handling equipment accurately within a reasonable time frame and quality. Primary duties include the maintenance of material handling equipment to ensure proper performance, repairing of individual parts, and replacement of entire systems. Master Technician shall provide services including complete fleet maintenance in addition to on demand and/or emergency repairs for clients. General repair. Fleet and Periodic Maintenance programs. Mobile tire service. Industrial battery service and repair. Complete overhauls. Tire replacement, major repairs and overhauls. Offsite repair.
SALARY: $63,060.00 per year.
