TITLE: Electrician Helper
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma (HSD), Vocational High School Diploma (VHSD), or GED and 24 months experience as an electrician helper, electrician technician, electrical technician or electrical analyst.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
JOB DUTIES: Assist in the diagnosis and repair electrical systems under the direction of electrical engineer. Troubleshoot power failures, perform preventive maintenance, and general electrical equipment maintenance. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective control modules, or wiring, test and make adjustments. Design, modify, mount, install, fabrication of electrical panels. Install, maintain and repair electrical control equipment. Assist in the repair and replace electrical equipment and electrical wiring.
SALARY: $39,360.00 per year.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.
