TITLE: Accountant
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finances, Economics or related field and 2 years of experience in Accounting is required.
JOB DUTIES: Prepare and analyze accounting records and financial statements using the fundamental principles of accounting and auditing. Create narrative financial summary reports, monthly and quarterly reconciliations. Report to management regarding the company’s finances. Prepare federal financial reports for a portfolio of federal contracts. Maintain an expense allocation system that ensures contract line items are appropriately billed. Develop, implement, modify record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Prepare complex reports in support of internal and external audits.
