TITLE: Store Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail stores and management.
JOB DUTIES: Supervise, train and assist employees like Sales Representatives and Retail Store Clerks in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions. Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals. Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line, and service within the store. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability. Some travel required between stores.

SALARY: $50.000-$60.000 per year.
