REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience required.
JOB DUTIES: Prepare plans of action for company’s real estate investment and finance; recommend investments and timing; use financial models to develop solutions to financial problems; analyze financial or operational performance of company; advise company regarding capitalization and financial improvements; interpret data on price and factors affecting investment programs; prepare all materials for real estate and company’s taxation.
