SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Gather high level business objectives from C-suite, evaluate the feasibility, estimate timelines and break them down into specific deliverables. Lead and mentor a team of product managers to further define and track business objectives that stem from the major strategic goals. Use technical knowledge of the architecture of the product, other than technical knowledge of technologies such as blockchain, to document and explain internally what we are trying to build and the phases of development that we are going to follow to achieve those objectives. Use past experience to gauge, with engineering, the complexity of certain features and estimate level of efforts for the work needed to complete them. Work with legal and compliance teams to review product features and ensure legality and low fraud risk. Assign tasks to specific engineering teams and track progress through known project management tools to ensure that the deadlines communicated to customers and investors are respected. Aid the business team in answering technical questions that corporate partners have about our product. Use analytics tools, both concerning business metrics (like sales volumes) and engineering metrics (like latency and request load), to prioritize work and justify product decisions. Be the main stakeholder from technical side of key partnership with service providers that power the marketplace (payments, anti fraud, etc.).
